Our Leadership

Bill started his career in the floor covering industry in 1986, after serving in the United States Navy from 1982-1986. He’s held a number of jobs within the industry, and much of his earlier experience was with ceramic and porcelain tile and supplies. He graduated from the University of New York with a degree in Business Management. Bill started with UCX, formerly The Belknap White Group, in 2006.

Since then, Bill has worked hard to build a strong sales team in the floorcovering industry that has both vision and integrity. He believes that supporting our vendors and our customers, along with a work culture that is supportive, ethical, and performance-based for team members. On his days off, Bill enjoys motorcycling, hunting, and home construction projects.
